What this service is

Harro collects publicly published news feeds and presents them in one place. It shows headlines and short extracts, and every story links back to the publisher's own page. We do not host the articles themselves and we are not their author.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

You can close your account at any time by asking us through the helpdesk. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms, to harm the service, or to break the law.

Other people's content

Headlines, extracts and images belong to the publishers who produced them, and their own terms apply when you follow a link. Nothing here transfers any right in that material to you or to us. If you are a publisher and want your feed removed, tell us through the helpdesk and we will remove it.

Automated summaries

Some features send the stories in your feed to a language model and show you what it returns — briefings, answers from the Harro assistant, and anything else labelled as produced by a model. That output is generated automatically. It can be wrong, incomplete or misleading, and it is not checked by a person before you see it.

Do not rely on it for anything that matters without reading the underlying stories yourself.

Use of these features is metered. We may set or change a monthly limit, and may withdraw the features entirely.

What you may not do

• Scrape, resell or systematically copy the aggregated content.
• Try to reach other people's accounts, tickets or conversations.
• Submit feed addresses that point at private or internal systems.
• Use the service to break the law, or to overwhelm it deliberately.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is, without any promise that it will be available, complete or accurate. Feeds break, publishers change their addresses, and refreshes can fail. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the current version.
