Working in partnership with If Agency, J B Cole has built a new website for Manchester-based medical weight-loss brand Bodyline Clinic after it expanded its offer from regional clinics to an at-home service as a result of lockdown.
With over 15 years of experience in the clinically-supervised weight-loss market, Bodyline previously offered treatment and services to customers looking to manage their weight from their nine clinics across the north-west.
As a result of the national lockdown, they pivoted their offer and began to successfully offer their services via video consultations, thereby widening their customer base to a national audience.
In order to raise awareness of their brand nationally and to assist with new customer acquisition, they appointed insight-led creative agency If Agency to refresh their brand, content and imagery. The agency worked in partnership with digital transformation specialists J B Cole on a clean, refreshed design and build for the website.
The team at J B Cole also developed a back-end lead identification system to provide insightful data to allow the sales team to clearly identify new customer leads.
