OMD (part of Omnicom Media Group) has appointed Jessica Roberts to chief client officer for OMD’s EMEA hub, based out of London.
Roberts, who has been with OMD UK since 1995, has been instrumental to the success of the agency over the past 25 years. Most recently in her role as chief agency development officer, she has overseen the business development function, and has created a winning new business culture. She has brought in a string of new clients to OMD UK over the last three years, including Barclays, Betway and Storck, alongside building and extending relationships with clients like McDonald's. She has also been integral to developing a culture where everyone can thrive, creating a Charter for Change to supercharge OMD UK's commitment to increasing BAME representation and creating a more inclusive agency culture.

Roberts is the latest member of the OMD EMEA senior leadership team who has been promoted from a local market leadership role. In December 2019, Marks promoted Oliver Stroh into the newly created role of chief development officer across EMEA, from his role as chief executive officer of OMD Germany.
