Global experience agency Isobar has promoted CEO of Isobar Nordics, Martin Bochineck, to the position of global president, effective immediately.

Bochineck will continue to be based in Denmark, where he will retain his former position as chairman of Isobar in the Nordics. 

Bochineck reports directly to Jean Lin, who has become Isobar’s global executive chairman, as well as global CEO, creative of Dentsu Aegis network.

This move will further strengthen Isobar’s global leadership line-up and ambition to create a world-class experience offering to help clients’ navigate in today’s experience economy.

Bochineck brings with him his expertise and experience in leading Isobar’s fastest-growing region and multi-market business to drive growth within Dentsu Aegis to the role.

In 2000, he founded Magnetix, a magnetic jewellery company, but was appointed CEO of Isobar Nordics in 2016, after the agency was acquired by Dentsu Aegis.

Since then, he has led the Isobar offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Bochineck has also steered Isobar Nordics to become the top-performing Isobar team in the EMEA region.

Under his leadership, Isobar Nordics have delivered double-digit growth year-on-year and more than doubled the regional agency's overall earnings. Isobar has become one of the most successful businesses in Nordics and is seen as one of the region’s most attractive employers.
