Last year the Recommended Agency Register (RAR) was rebranded as The Drum Recommends to bring it in line with owner The Drum. It remains committed to partnering brands with the correct agency using data and unique industry expertise.

Vision 

We met with Lumineux back in June 2017, they were in the process of having a new website designed and built. However, this had been going on for well over a year and no results were produced. They needed a fresh thinking company to come in and assist the marketing/web team to get a new website up and running. They wanted a practical website that was easy for contractors to navigate, and produced all the info and tech specs needed whilst driving sales and enquiries.

Action

We were tasked with creating a whole new website concept, the website was built on our bespoke GRO SOFI 2 platform. The website was created in-line with a 365-page brochure detailing every spec for all products. The website had to mirror this online and make the potential customers search as easy as possible. This meant that every single aspect of the visual website and the CMS could be completely bespoke and white labelled to them. Once the site was created we developed an SEO campaign to drive traffic to their website focusing at first on key products searches. This website is now in the second stage of development to increase the CMS function and the usability of the site, which will allow users to engage closer and gain more information from the website before turning to the sales team in house.

Result

12k hits to the website within a month.
15k page views to the new website within the first month of launch.
Ranking on page 1 of Google for 21 of their keywords within 3 months.
Average time spent on their website by users has increased to over 3 minutes.
We also reduced the bounce rate by 27%.
