CTI Digital has announced plans to invest £500,000 enhancing the firm’s e-commerce offering, after growing to a £5million + turnover in 2018.

The investment will see the agency appoint a new head of e-commerce role, along with expanding e-commerce support, DevOps and retainer services. These roles are expected to by filled within the agency’s Manchester head office.

Recent client wins include High Street TV, Supreme Nutrition, and Merlin Entertainments. The agency intends to bolster the e-commerce team to provide a full-service consultancy across all platforms. Having expanded into Shopify development in early 2017, CTI aim to work with a range of e-commerce solutions consolidating on their success with Magento 1&2.
