Having consulted with various agencies and clients, one of the things that I find lacking in the industry is a guide to leveraging and deploying social media for your organisation in a structured and scalable way.

Because social media is like spaghetti, and is generally  unstructured, most people don’t understand it. Is it a single platform? or a plethora of platforms? Why should I invest time and effort on so many platforms? Is there really an ROI?
