I recently met some people who thought “Harro” was a person because their collegues were talking about ‘Harro said this’, ‘Harro said that’ etc… and they laughed when they realised that Harro is a business and not a person.
We prefer that Harro is perceived as a person, approachable, and hopefully user-friendly. Our intention is to humanise Harro as much as possible. To be real, with the mistakes, as well as with improvements.
