NEW YORK (Kyodo) Kei Nishikori defeated Canadian Frank Dancevic in straight sets Saturday to earn a spot in the main draw of U.S. Open. Nishikori, ranked 149th in the world, converted four break points for a 6-4, 6-1 win over Dancevic in the final round of the men's qualifying singles.
