no lah, u notice when something goes wrong not in flavour of the ruling party, they alway divert Singaporeans attention to other thing not really concerning them, scapegoats like Rony Tan, that Renci Monk and some serious crime matter like police raid of geyland and joo chiat etc etc will take over.

Because singapore govt knows singaporeans tends to forget thing fast, so that play into their game. Last time complain COE, ERP, TAX, DURAI lah,  now all forget already.
